“Jorge Juarez currently serves as the Secretary of VALL. He is a Reference Librarian at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, headquartered in downtown Richmond. One of the perks of his current position is being able to walk to work in less than ten minutes. Prior to joining the Fourth Circuit Library, Jorge spent two years as a Reference Librarian and Instructional Services Coordinator at Georgetown Law Library. He is an avid foodie, voracious reader, and enjoys spending time with his two cats, Frida and Diego.”
